Procedure 7.11 - Replacing the Lower PCA
1. For C842, C842i, C846 and C846 version 2 units, skip to step 11. For C846 version 1 units,
continue with step 2.
2. Set the on/off switch in the off position.
3. Remove the right hand cover per Procedure 7.1.

4. Use an anti-static wrist strap connected to the cycle’s frame while performing steps 4-7.
5. Disconnect the J1, J2 (if heart rate is equipped), J3 and J4 connectors from the lower PCA
6. Remove the four lower PCA mounting screws and remove the lower PCA.
7. Set the replacement lower PCA at it’s mounting position, replace and tighten the lower PCA
mounting screws.
8. Reconnect the connectors disconnected in step 4.
9. Check the cycle’s operation per Section 4.
