You have to ensure that the cabinet or workbench is well grounded when installing a chassis.
After making sure that the cabinet or workbench is well grounded, connect the ground cable
according to the following steps:
Step 1 Loosen the screw of the ground terminal counterclockwise. Remove the screws and washers.
Step 2 Put the ground terminal and washers over the screw in sequence.
Step 3 Fix the screw to the ground terminal and tighten the screw clockwise, as shown in Figure 3-10.

Step 4 Connect the other connector of the ground cable to the ground terminal on the cabinet or the
ground bar in the equipment room, as shown in Figure 3-11.

If the chassis is installed in a cabinet, connect the other connector of the ground cable to
the ground terminal on the cabinet.

If the chassis is installed on a workbench, connect the other connector of the ground
cable to the ground terminal on the workbench.
