Always use the manufacturer's original USB sticks for the software update. Also make sure that
the USB stick only contains the software and no other data.

If your unit is connected to a network (optional Ethernet interface), you will automatically be
notified that an update is available with a note on the "MyVCC" button.
When this note appears, follow the above-described process from step 2.
(Model 211/311)
