The HACCP process data is stored for a period of 10 days and can be output via the unit's
USB port as required.

Model 112, 211, 311: Insert the USB stick into
the port beneath the control panel.

Model 112T/112L: Insert the USB stick into the
port on the front side of the control console.
2 Press the MyVCC button.
3 Press the System management button.
4 Press the HACCP data download button.

Click the first date/time field and set the start
date you require for data using the central dial.
Press the second date / time field and use the
dial to set the date on which you want the data
to end.
