Download service data
In the service level, you can access service data such as appliance model or software
version status.

Insert the USB stick into the interface under the
control panel.

Model 112T/112L: Insert the USB stick into the
port on the front side of the control console.
2 Press the MyVCC button.
3 Press the System management button.

Press the Download service data button.
The service data is saved on the USB stick.

The confirmation tick indicates that a function
has been completed successfully. Do not
remove the USB stick until the confirmation
lights up
