3.2-3 Zero Calibration
Zero Calibration is the first procedure of the Three Part
Calibration. This procedure is also used when the iForks
are not within system tolerance or end user preferences.
This calibration procedure defines the zero point of the
system.
1 If required, turn on display.

2 Slide an empty pallet on the iForks (and/or if desired,
use a protective cover). Raise the iForks so that the
pallet/cover is not touching the ground.
IMPORTANT: If performing this procedure alone or after
finishing Weight Calibration procedure, Section 3.2-5,
the forks must be empty of pallets, covers, bins and/or
loads.
3 Hold the "Zero" button for approximately 10 seconds.
During the 10 second interval, the display will show
"00000" and then "Adj08". Release hold on the button.
4 Once the display shows "Adj08", the display will count
down from 8 while the system zeroes.
