theAutogaincanbeoffsetby+/–50%.
FromtheSensitivitySettingsmenu:
1.SelectGain.
2.EnsureAutoisselected.
3.Adjusttheslidercontroltotherequiredvalue.
Thescrollingimagewillnowtracktheautomatic
settingbytheoffsetvaluespecied.
Intensity
WhenconnectedtoaCPx70seriessonarmodule
theIntensitycontrolisavailable.Sonarmodules
usedifferentcolorstodeterminethestrengthofan
echo.Youcanadjustthecolorintensitymanually
between0%and100%orsetittoautomatic.When
Intensityissettoautomaticthesettingcanbeoffset
by+/-50%.
TheIntensitycontrolsetsthelowerlimitforthe
strongestechocolor.Allechoeswithasignal
strengthabovethisvaluearedisplayedinthe
strongestcolor.Thosewithaweakervalueare
dividedequallybetweentheremainingcolors.
•Settingalowvalueproducesawidebandforthe
weakestcolor,butasmallsignalbandforthe
othercolors.
•Settingahighvaluegivesawidebandforthe
strongestcolor,butasmallsignalbandforthe
othercolors.

Selectingtheonscreencontrolenablesyoutoadjust
