tothescanner.
Note:Ifyourvesselisalreadyfittedwithacombinedpower/dataDigitalR
adarcable,youcanuse
aY-adapter(partnumberA80308)toconnecttheexistingcable-endtothescanner’sconnectors.
1.Ensurethatthevessel' spowersupplyisswitchedoff.
2.Ensurethatthemultifunctiondisplaybeingconnectedtothescannerhasbeeninstalledin
accordancewiththeinstallationinstructionssuppliedwiththatdevice.
3.Ensurethepowerconnectorlockingcollaronthescannerisintheunlockedposition.
4.Routethepowercableandoptionaldatacablewithinthescannerbase,asshowninthecable
routingillustrationsinthissection.Cableroutingdependsonwhetheryoumountthescanner
onaplatformoronapole,andonwhetheryouareusingaY-adaptertoconnecttoanexisting
combinedpower/dataDigitalRadarcable.
5.Ensurethatthepowercableconnectorisorientatedsothatthenotchlinesupwiththeguidein
theconnector.
6.Pushthepowercableconnectorallthewayintothescanner’spowerconnector.
7.Rotatethelockingcollarclockwiseuntilitisinthelockedposition(2clicks).
8.Pushtheoptionaldatacablefullyontothecorrespondingconnectoronthescanner.
9.IfyouareusingaY-adapter,makethefinalconnectionbetweentheadapterandtheexisting
combinedpower/dataDigitalRadarcable.
