14. Push the oil seals into the crankcase on the fan side
and the starter side. Make sure that the
measurement (X) is 1.5±0.2 mm. Refer to
Servicing
tools on page 9
.
15. Cut off the crankcase gasket ends in level with the
crankcase.
CAUTION: Make sure that the top surface of
the crankcase is not damaged.
16. Install the cylinder and piston. Refer to

and install the cylinder and piston on page 25
.
17. Install the engine. Refer to
To remove and install the
engine on page 29
.
18. Install the muffler. Refer to

muffler on page 15
.
19. Install the carburetor. Refer to

20. Install the frame. Refer to

21. Install the fan. Refer to

24. Remove the piston stop.
25. Do a pressure test of the engine. Refer to

26. Install the spark plug.
7.12 Fuel tank
7.12.1 To remove and install the fuel tank
1. Make sure that the fuel tank is empty.
2. Remove the grommet and pull the fuel hoses from
the fuel tank.
3. Remove the 2 screws and the the fuel tank.
4. Examine the fuel filter for damages. Refer to
To
clean and examine the fuel filter on page 34
.
5. Install in the opposite sequence.
