RedMax EBZ8560 - Handle and Throttle Trigger Repair

7.14.4 To assemble the tube and handle on the
product EBZ8560
1. Attach the flexible tube (A) to the pipe angle with the
clamp (C).

2. Push the handle (E) onto the control pipe (B)
.
3. Attach and tighten the bolt, washer and nuts as
shown in the illustration.
4. Attach the control pipe (B) to the flexible tube (A)
with the clamp (D). Make sure that the mark on the
control pipe is up.
5. Attach the intermediate pipe (F) to the control pipe. If
it is a tight fit, lubricate with grease in the area
shown.
6. Attach the blower nozzle (G) to the intermediate
pipe.
7. Loosen the knob (H) to adjust the position of the
handle.

8. Tighten the knob again.

1. Disconnect the throttle cable. Refer to
To disconnect
and connect the throttle cable on page 19 .
2. Disconnect the stop switch wires. Refer to To
remove and install the ignition module on page 23 .
