You should not open it or add any
fluid. To get to it:
– lift the carpet 1 ;
– remove the four bolts 2 and remove
the cover 3 .
Depending on the vehicle, a system
continuously checks the battery charge
status.

sumers may also be switched off
(dippedbeamheadlights,radio,venti
lation,etc.).Whenthelevelisextreme
ly low, the "Battery Low Start Engine"
message appears.
The charge status of the battery can
decrease, especially if you use your
vehicle:
– for short trips;
– in an urban setting;
– when the temperature drops, etc.;
– withthevehiclestoppedandtheen
gine off.
