To start:
on vehicles equipped with automatic
gearboxes, set the lever to P or Npo
sition.
For all vehicles:
turn the key to the "START" position 3
without pressing the accelerator
pedal.
Release the key as soon as the engine
starts.
Stopping the engine
With the engine idling, return the key
to "LOCK" position 0.

On flat, level ground, with
the vehicle unladen, you

while freewheeling on a
