Cleaning of the inside of the nozzle
• Heatupthenozzlethenloadandunloadlamentrepeatedlyuntilthelamentowisasexpected.
Ifthenozzlecontinuesnottoextrudeenoughmaterialafterthisprocedure,letthenozzlecooldowntothe
lowermelttemperatureofthelamentasindicatedbythemanufacturer(lamentmaterialmustonlybe
viscous anymore) and carefully unload the lament until the lament has been transported out of the
extruder,includingcontamination.Cutoffthecontaminatedpartofthelamentandreinsertitafterheating
upthenozzleagain.
c) Clean the inside of the extruder

scantheQRcodeshownonpage5.Followtheinstructionsonthewebsite.
d) Clean the build bed
• Usethescrapertocarefullyremoveresiduefromthebuildbed.
e) Replace fuse
Disconnect the 3D printer from the mains and computer before replacing the fuse (unplug the
mains plug) and let the printer cool down.
Never repair fuses or bridge the fuse holder.
• SwitchthepowerswitchintotheoffpositionOanddisconnecttheprinterfromthemainssupply.
• Onesparefuseisstoredinthefusecompartmentbetweenthepowersupplysocketandpowerswitch.
• Forfurtherfuses,ensurethatyouonlyusefusesofthespeciedtypeandratedcurrent(see“TechnicalData”)as
replacement.

• Use a suitable screwdriver to
open the fuse holder out of the
fuse compartment carefully.
• Remove the defective fuse and
replaceitwithanewfuse.
• Carefully push the fuse holder
with the new fuse back into the
fuse compartment.

• Reconnect the device to the
mains voltage and take it into
operation.
