Example:
if the set cool is 12°C and MIN=2 and MAX=4 then the set can range within 14
and 16°C.
if the set cool is 12°C and MIN= -2 and MAX=2 then the set can range within
10 and 14°C.

if MIN=9 and MAX=14 then the set can range within 9 and 14°C.
If rotation type:USER is set, the following screens are displayed:
