Group Password for PDF files
This can be specified by the machine administrator.
On the machine, specify the group password for PDF files.
By using a PDF group password, you can enhance security and so protect passwords from being analyzed.
For details about logging on and logging off with administrator authentication, see "Logging on Using
Administrator Authentication", "Logging off Using Administrator Authentication".
1. Press the [User Tools/Counter] key.
2. Press [Printer Features].
3. Press [PDF Menu].
4. Press [PDF Group Password].
If the setting to be specified does not appear, press [ Next] to scroll down to other settings.
5. For [New Password], press [Enter].
