      If the display of your Ricoh All in One Printer is off, the machine might be in Low Power mode. Touch the display panel or press one of the keys on the control panel to cancel Low Power mode. Alternatively, the machine might be in Sleep mode. Press the [Energy Saver] key or the [Check Status] key to cancel Sleep mode.

      The message "Memory is full. Do you want to store scanned file?" on your Ricoh All in One Printer appears when the scanned originals exceed the number of sheets/pages that can be stored on the hard disk. Press [Yes] to store pages that have been scanned, then delete unnecessary files by pressing [Delete File]. Or, press [No] if you are not storing pages that have been scanned, then delete unnecessary files by pressing [Delete File].

      Your Ricoh All in One Printer might not enter Sleep mode, even if the [Energy Saver] key was pressed, if the ADF is open, if the machine is communicating with external equipment, or if the hard disk is active. Close the ADF, check if the machine is communicating with external equipment, or wait a little longer.
