For A4 media there is special processing with respect to reporting the Xm
OFFSET and subsequentially the Xm EXTENT of the printable area. The
4028 printer used an offset of 3.386 mm for A4 paper (short edge) instead
of 4 mm. This was done as a customer satisfaction issue to allow a printable
area 8 in. wide.
