Information.
X'04' Customer Bar Code 2 using proprietary encoding
(Format Code 59) - An 8 digit number
representing the Sorting Code, followed by up to
16 numeric digits (0-3) representing the Customer
Information. Each of the 16 digits specify one of
the 4 types of bar code.
