 Cover horizontal registration sensor (S) connector loose, broken, defective
 Sensor defective
 Slave control board defective
 Reconnect the connector.
 Clean the sensor.
 Replace the cover horizontal registration sensor (S).
 Replace the slave control board.
 Replace the sensor harness.
