LD light of the target color has not entered the photodiode inside the VCSEL.
LD currents exceeded the rated value after LD lighting
VCSEL defective (LD destroyed, deterioration of current/light output
characteristics, PD failure)
LDB defective (ASIC for controlling VCSEL broken)
Cycle the main power switch off/on.
Replace the laser unit.
