Syntax SYSTem:ERRor?
Function Read and clear an error from error queue.
Return Value The query returns an error information in following format:
-118,"Invalid parameter"

Syntax SYSTem:VERSion?
Function Query the current edition number of the instrument.
Return Value The query returns a character string in following format:
00.02.00.06.00.02.06

SYSTem:BEEPer:STATe
Syntax
SYSTem:BEEPer:STATe {OFF|ON}
Function Enable or disable the beep
when error occurs on front panel or
remote interface.

Function
Query the state of beeper.
Return Value The query returns 0 (OFF) or 1 (ON).

Function Activate local state, delete RMT in
dicator and unlock the front
panel.
Syntax
SYSTem:RWLock
Function Activate remote state with locking function, display R-LOCK
indicator and lock the front panel (including the Local button)
