RIGOL Chapter 2 Front Panel Operations
2-66 M300 User’s Guide
Alarm Channel Setting
M300 provides 4 alarm channels (Alarm1, Alarm2, Alarm3 and Alarm4). You can
assign an alarm channel to a configured channel via the channel configuration guide.
An alarm will be generated from the corresponding channel when a reading fulfills
the specified alarm condition during a scan or monitor.
When an alarm is generated, the corresponding pin of the Alarm/Ext Trig interface at
the rear panel (converted from the [RS-232/Alarms/Ext Trig] interface) outputs
a pulse with specified edge. If an alarm channel is assigned to multiple channels, the
corresponding pin outputs a pulse when any of the channel generates an alarm.
