To Control MC3164
MC3164 is a 64-channel single-ended multiplexer (MUX-64 for short). MC3164 is
divided into two banks of 32 single-ended channels (HI only, the 32 channels has a
common LO terminal) each and cannot be used for 4-wire connection. MC3164 is
used with the external terminal block (M3TB64) which has a built-in thermocouple
reference junction.
