14.5.  Setpoint Type (OVER/UNDER) and Hysteresis 
Hysteresis defines the amount of weight required for an active setpoint to become inactive again. 
For an OVER setpoint it will be the amount the weight must fall below the target to turn off. For an 
UNDER setpoint it will be the amount of weight that it goes over the target by for the (already active) 
output to turn off. A value of 0 still allows for 0.5 graduations of hysteresis.
