AT LEAST TWICE A YEAR:
Check the power steering fluid level, (refer to the chassis owners manual for maintenance instructions).
Check the windshield washer fluid level and wiper operation. Clean wiper blades with clean cloth
dampened with washer fluid.
Check the radiator, heater and air-conditioning hoses for leaks or damage.
Check for worn tires and loose wheel lug nuts.
Check the parking brake system for proper operation.
Check the head lamp alignment.
Check the lap and shoulder seat belts for wear and proper function.
Check the air pressure in the spare tire, (80 psi recommended).
Inspect all of the appliance vents to ensure they are free from dirt, insects, spider webs and/or nests.
Inspect the black and grey water tank vent for any blockage , (located on the exterior of the roof).
Clean the air conditioner filter, (refer to the air conditioner manufacturer owners manual for instructions
and location).
AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR:
Lubricate all of the exterior door hinges, locks and latches.
Clean the automotive and coach volt battery terminals.
Have Propane test completed by a certified gas technician.
Have all of the appliances tested for safe and proper operation and cleaned.
Wax, polish and protect exterior surfaces.

Efficient economical vehicle performance will be enhanced by utilizing this recommended maintenance shedule.
It is strongly recommended that no repairs be made without appropriate training, tools and safety equipment.
Doing so without the appropriate training , tools and safety equipment could cause bodily injury, damage to the
vehicle or cause the vehicle to operate improperly.

injury directly or indirectly caused by, arising or resulting from, or as a consequence of the use or nonuse of the
information contained herein or the operation or non-operation of any items mentioned herein. Roadtrek shall be
indemnified and saved from all losses, expenses, claims and demands whatsoever.
AUXILIARY BATTERIES:
Your vehicle is equipped with two (2) 6-Volt group “GC2” deep cycle AGM auxiliary batteries connected in series
(Effective June, 2010). These batteries MUST
be kept charged at all times to prevent loss of performance and
damage to the batteries. If the vehicle is not being driven and cannot be plugged in, the batteries should be
disconnected to prevent discharge.
You cannot remove the caps or check the electrolyte levels in these batteries.
