so on).
The required reagents
are
decapped
and then placed
onto their dedicated
positions
on the reagent carrier.
The
reagent
barcodes
must
face
to the right of the carrier.

Operator’s Manual.
The reagent carrier
is the same
carrier
as
the
24-position
sample carrier.
