the samples. The instrument
is loaded
with samples,
consumables
and reagents. After sample
preparation,
the microweli plate with the
PCR-ready samples
is unloaded, sealed, and transferred
to
the analyzer for
amplification and detection
using real time PCR.

sample preparation is as follows;
