Diagnostic data available from the 3490 Series Control Unit
Menu: MAIN MENU / MONITOR / [CONTROL UNIT /] DIAGNOSTICS
I/P Status (Input Status):
D835 Input Status
This indicates whether digital inputs are active (1) or inactive (0). First digit
represents the state of Digital Input IN1.
Current I/P (Current Input):
D840 Current I/P
This shows the actual input current. For the purpose for parameter D840, see
Section “Transmitter inputs to the 3490” on page 4-13.
mA Input
D842 mA Input %
This shows the percentage of actual current input. For the purpose for
parameter D842, see Section “Transmitter inputs to the 3490” on page 4-13.
CU Temperature:
D844 CU Temperature
This shows the operating temperature of the 3490 Series Control Unit. If
above 65°C, it is a fault condition - see Section “Fault Relay” on page 4-52.
Next Pump down:
D845 Next Pump down
This shows the time remaining before the next pump-down is invoked. See
also Section “Pump-down (Models 3491 and 3492 only)” on page 4-54 for
pump-down details.
Free Memory (Model 3493 only):
D846 Free Memory
This shows the percentage of free memory remaining for data logging. See
also Section “P593: Low Memory Alarm” on page 4-35.
Date of Change:
D848 Date of Change
This shows the date on which a 3490 Series Control Unit parameter was last
edited.
1st Pwr Date:
D849 1st Pwr Date
This shows the date on which the 3490 Series Control Unit was first
powered-up.
