The warranty for this system starts from the day when it leaves the factory. RWD provides
after-sales support such as device maintenance and parts replacement in case of the device
failure due to defects in materials or process during the warranty period.
Any device damage caused by incorrect use or out-of-range use is out of the scope of the
warranty, and in case of any need for repairs or parts replacement, the costs incurred should be
borne by the user.
If it is found that the device returned for repair is found to have been disassembled without
authorization of RWD upon arrival, RWD will not provide after-sales services such as quality
warranty, free maintenance and parts replacement.
The warranty statement (including its limitations) is issued exclusively by RWD and covers all
other warranty conditions.
