WARNING
Always connect the mower to the charger
when it is not in use. If it is not possible to
leave the mower charger connected, make
sure to fully charge the batteries at least
once a month.
WARNING
Charge the product in a well-ventilated area.
Do not charge the product in a conned
space.
SAFETY INTERLOCK SYSTEM
See fig 16
The safety interlock system stops the blades if
the operator leaves the seat while the blades
are running. Test the system before each use
to ensure that it is working correctly.
To test:
1. Make sure direction control switch is in
neutral (N) position and blade engage
knob is down.
2. Insert the start key and turn the key o the
ON position.
3. Pull up the blade engage knob to activate
the blades.
4. Briefly stand up, but do not get off the
mower.
The blades should stop o within 5 seconds.
If the blades do not stop, verify that the afety
interlock cable is connected as described in
the "Installing the Seat" section. If the cable
is connected but the system still does not
function, contact an authorised service centre.
Do not operate the product until the safety
interlock system has been repaired.

WARNING
Clear the area of bystanders before
operating the product. If anyone enters the
mowing area, stop immediately and do not
return to mowing until the bystanders leave
the area.
Before starting the product:
■ Ensure that the work area is clear of
children, bystanders, and pets.
■ Clear the work area of objects that may be
thrown by the mower blades.
■ Check the brake operation.
■ Check the tyre pressure.
■ Check for loose fasteners.
■ Check to make sure that all guards are in
place and working properly.
■ Remove debris from mower.
■ Test the safety interlock system.
■ Adjust the seat to the preferred position.
■ Verify the battery charge level.
