Release the brake pedal and step on the
accelerator pedal.
The charger is connected to the product. Disconnect the charger from product.
The product is
cutting grass
unevenly.
The tyre air pressure is uneven. Check the air pressure in all four tyres.
The mower deck is not level. Perform cutting deck level adjustment.
The blade is worn, bent, loose, or dull. Replace the blade.
There is build-up of debris under the
product.
Clean the underside of the mower housing.
Mowing speed is too fast. Mow at a slower speed.
The product is not
mulching properly.
Wet grass clippings sticking to the underside
of the deck.
Wait until the grass dries before mowing.
The grass is too high. Mow once at a high cutting height, then mow again
at the preferred height.
The blade is worn, bent, loose, or dull. Replace the blade.
The mowing speed is too fast. Mow at a slower speed.
The product is
vibrating at a higher
speed.
The blade is unbalanced, loose, or
excessively or unevenly worn.
Replace the blade.
The motor shaft is bent. Stop the motor, and remove start key. Inspect
for damage. Have the product serviced by an
authorised service centre before restarting.
