2.5.1 SETTING DAILY GOALS
Setting daily activity goals with the smartwatch
To set your daily goals for exercise duration, activity
calories and walking hours, press the smartwatch
button to open the applications list on the watch home
screen. Tap Activity. Swipe the screen and tap Change
Goal. Follow the home screen instructions to complete
goal settings.
Setting daily steps goal with the Ryze Connect app
To set your daily steps goals, open the App and go to
the My tab. Tap Settings. Tap My Goals. In the following
screen, set your Steps Goal and tap
in the upper
right to save the setting.
2.5.2 VIEWING ACTIVITY RECORDS
Viewing activity records on the watch
1) Press the smartwatch button to open the
applications list on the watch home screen.
2) Tap Activity and swipe up or down the screen to
reveal recorded data. To set a dierent daily goal
for Duration of Exercise, Calories and Walking,
tap Change Goal and follow the home screen
instructions to complete your new settings.
Viewing activity records in the Ryze Connect App
The App allows you to upload health, exercise and
fitness data from a connected smartwatch and enables
easy viewing of historical statistics. Sync the connected
smartwatch data to the App regularly. Open the
Home tab, swipe down the middle of the phone screen
and release your finger when you see
Pull Down to
Synchronise Data.
Method 1: Go to Home tab. Tap the fitness tri-ring tab
to review statistics on activity, exercise duration and
walking.
Method 2: Go to My tab. Tap My Data. Tap to view
activity data, health data and workout records.
Method3: To view weekly health reports, go to My tab.
Tap Health Report. Tap a report to view details.
