2.6 CALLS AND NOTIFICATIONS
2.6.1 SETTING MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS
When notifications are enabled and the smartwatch is
connected to the Ryze Connect App, the smartwatch
will receive push message notifications from your
smartphone. The Ryze Connect App must be permitted
to run in the background to enable notifications.
1) Open the Ryze Connect App. Go to Device tab.
Tap Notifications.
2) Tap Set at the top. In the following screen, turn on
the switch for Ryze Connect to enable notification
access. Then tap
to save the setting.
3) Turn on the switch for smartphone apps that you
wish to receive notifications on your smartwatch.
Tap
to save the setting.
4) Disable Do Not Disturb (DND) mode.
2.6.2 VIEWING MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS
1) To view a list of message notifications, swipe up the
watch home screen. Tap on the message to read
more or delete the message by tapping the bin icon.
2) To return to the message notification list from a
message, swipe right on the watch screen.
3) To clear all messages in the message notifications list,
scroll to the bottom of the list and tap the bin icon.
SETTING INCOMING CALL ALERT
When call notification is enabled and the smartwatch
is connected to the Ryze Connect App, you will receive
a call alert on the smartwatch when you receive an
incoming call on your smartphone. The Ryze Connect
App must be permitted to run in the background.
1) Open the Ryze Connect App. Go to Device tab. Tap
Call Reminder.
2) Tap Set at the top. In the following screen, turn on
the switch for Ryze Connect to enable notification
access. Then tap
to save the setting.
3) Turn on the switch for Incoming Call Reminder. Tap
to save the setting.
