Stereo and Mono
By default FM reception is set to Stereo. In this mode some stations
may be noisy. To improve the noise level, select ‘Mono’.
1. Press MODE/MENU. The display will show “RECALL”
2. Rotate TUNE/SELECT until the word “AUDIO” displays.
3. Press TUNE/SELECT again to conrm and enter the Audio menu.
4. Rotate TUNE/SELECT to display Stereo or Mono.
5. Press TUNE/SELECT to conrm the selected mode.
Choosing and recalling a Preset Station
The procedure for setting and recalling presets is identical to
that for DAB reception. Refer to Page 17 and 18 for guidance.
If you are not going to use headphones we suggest you
set the FM reception mode to mono as this will reduce
background noise levels when receiving weaker stations.
