Notes for packaging
The packaging materials are re-
cyclable. Please dispose of pack-
aging in an environmentally
friendly manner.
You can find out how to dispose of the disused
device from your local authority or city
administration.
Fuels and oils
• Before disposing of the product, the fuel tank and
the engine oil tank must be emptied!
• Fuel and engine oil do not belong in household
waste or drains, but must be collected or disposed
of separately!
• Empty oil and fuel tanks must be disposed of in an
environmentally friendly manner.
18 Troubleshooting
The following table shows fault symptoms and describes remedial measures in the event of your product failing to
work properly. If you cannot localise and rectify the problem with this, please contact your service workshop.

Engine runs unsteadily Air filter dirty Clean the air filter
Spark plug dirty Clean the spark plug
Lawn turns yellow, uneven mowing
results
Air filter dirty Clean the air filter
Spark plug dirty Clean the spark plug
The discharge of grass clippings is
unclean
Cutting height is too low Adjusting the cutting height
Blade is worn Replace the blade
