5. Maintenance and replacement of parts
5.1 Maintenance
All maintenance work must be performed with the machine cooled down and switched off, the plug must be removed from the socket. Use a soft
cloth and a vacuum cleaner to suck up the powder to clean the machine. Scrubbing sponges, solvents or petrol can not be used. Once a week,
clean the ionizer with a soft bristle brush (image 1).

Cleaning the powder zone
Each time after finishing work, clean the machine thoroughly from powder residue. Otherwise, the powder may become damp, which could
damage the machine.
1. Pull off the cover of the powder zone ( image 2).
2. Remove the ionizer (image 3).
3. Unscrew the securing screw (image 4).
4. Disconnect the plug (image 5).
5. With an energetic movement, lift the feeder up and gently pull it out - be careful not to damage the foil sensor and shaker blades (images 6-7).
7. Insert the dispenser, connect the plug,screw the safety screws, put on the ionizer and the powder zone cover.
6. Clean the device from the powder.
To make the maintenance and cleaning process of the machine easier, the powder feeder can be pulled out. To pull out the powder dispenser, you
need to:

5.2 Activation of the main fuse
If the main fuse needs to be reactivated, turn off the machine and unplug it from the power socket. The main fuse is located on the left side of the
device, in the electrical box. To activate the main fuse it is necessary to:unscrew the cover of the electrical box; attach the fuse (images 1-2); screw
on the cover of the electrical box.
