8.7.1 Disassembly of SWK 005 - 011
WARNING
Risk of injury due to unexpected movements!
If the power supply is switched on or residual energy remains in
the system, components can move unexpectedly and cause
serious injuries.
• Before starting any work on the product: Switch off the power
supply and secure against restarting.
• Make sure, that no residual energy remains in the system.
Ø Remove the compressed air and the connectors.
Ø To remove the SWK, remove the screws (20) from the handling
tool.
Ø Remove the O-ring (5) from the countersink in the housing (1).
Ø Remove the rubber bushing (3) from the housing (1).
Ø Remove screw (4) from the piston (7).
Ø Carefully push the piston (7) from the housing (1).
NOTICE!Make sure that the balls (2) remain in their given
position.
Ø Remove the seal (10) from the piston (7).
Ø Remove the seal (9) out of the housing (1).
