Ø Using a 2.5 mm Allen wrench, remove the M3 socket head cap
screw from the SWA.
Ø Remove the alignment pin from the SWA. Discard the old
alignment pin.
Ø Insert the new alignment pin into the SWA.
Ø Using a 2.5 mm Allen wrench, secure the alignment pin to the
SWA with the M3 socket head cap screw. Tighten to 0.68 Nm.
Ø Apply a liberal coating of MobilGrease XHP222 Special grease to
the alignment pin.
Ø If the customer tooling was removed in step 4, install the SWA.
Ø After the procedure is complete, resume normal operation.

8.6.2 Replacemanent - SWS 046 / 076 / 110 /160
Ø Place the Tool safely in the tool stand. Uncouple the SWS to
allow clear access to the SWK and SWA.
Ø Turn off and de-energize all energized circuits (e.g. electrical,
air, water, etc.).
Ø Clean off debris and excess grease from the Alignment pin.
Ø Unscrew the alignment pin assembly from the SWK using a
4mm Allen Wrench .
If alignment pin cannot be removed using the Allen Wrench
in the tip, go to next step.
If alignment pin was removed, go to step after next.
