Version 1.27
Referencing7.8
Georeferencing can be made for field and borehole measurements whenever a GPS is being used.
GPS coordinates are included in the project map (based on a reference coordinate) and are being
applied during data export.
If no GPS is being used, but WGS84 coordinates are known for the survey, then these coordinates
can be entered manually for field measurements.
Referencing Field Measurements7.8.1
Proceed as follows in order to reference a field measurement:
·
Select the field which is to be referenced.
·
Select "Menu" (1) - "Referencing" (2).
·
Select the "Reference point 1" (3) in the next screen.
·
Set this point by selecting "Define reference point" (4).
·
To set the reference point, select any track and set this tracks starting or ending point.
A tracks starting point refers to the point at the start line which was previously set. A
tracks ending point refers to the point at the end line which was previously set. It thus
doesn't matter in which direction of the track the data logging was carried out.
