3.12.Precautions for horizontal installation
Procedures required for the face-up horizontal installation
1. The setting for the horizontal installation is required in the setting menu.
2. The installation design and operational management need to be considered carefully because
operational environments (state of the installation, temperature conditions and spatial condition, etc.)
become severer in horizontal installation than in vertical installation.
3. Replacement of fan is recommended every 5 years*, which is same as in vertical installation.
Note: The operation manual bundled with the main unit does not describe the explanation
about the horizontal installation.
*It is just a guide and it shall not warrant the product life. The actual product life may vary depending on the
operating environment such as hours of use, ambient temperature change, the amount of dust, and regular
maintenance. Even within the warranty period, the replacement of fan caused by failure is charged.
- This model does not support face down horizontal installation.
- We don’t guarantee the display quality in horizontal installation.
