3. Remove the paper roll from the take-up spool.
Removing a paper jam
1. Open the printer cover.
2. Pressing the receipt and journal paper release levers at the same time, lift part

up. (See the drawing
below.)
3. Remove the paper jam.
4. Replace part
A
gently.
5. Reset the paper roll correctly following the steps shown in “Installing the paper roll”.
6. Close the printer cover.
