Pre-Installation Requirements

2.9.1 Nebulizer Gas Drying Gas and Heating Gas
Prepare resin tubing of O.D. 6 mm (I.D. 4 mm) for connecting these gases. This tube need not be prepared for the nitrogen
gas generator (GENIUS1051) since O.D. 6 mm tube is provided as standard. When using other nitrogen gas generators or
centralized piping, for example, replace the tubes seeing 2.9.1.2 to 2.9.1.4, and prepare O.D. 6 mm resin replacement tube.
The following shows the connection to the instrument by a resin tube.
* When using the dry air as the nebulizer gas, heating/nebulizer gas have the same source.
2.9.1.1 Using a Nitrogen Gas Generator
The following model of nitrogen/dry air generator is available.
For details, refer the Pre-Installation Requirement of nitrogen generator. Various other models are available.
