Maintenance of the gas sampling probe
You can perform the work while the filter is hot.
In this case, pay special attention to the warning about hot surfaces.
The filter can have an internal temperature of 185°C.
Procedure
1 Switch the fuse of the filter heating in the measuring system off.
2 Remove the hood for weather protection.

a) Open the screw closures (Philips screwdriver).
b) Pull the hood for weather protection away from the probe tube and take the hood
off.

cartridge, 2*flat seals, 1*O-ring)

For example.: 20 cm long steel wire (1 mm). On one side, approx. 0.5 cm bent by 90°.
Pull the bottom flat seal out
WARNING: Hot surface, risk of burns
The filter can be hot.

Wear suitable gloves as required.

Provide a heat-resistant support as required.
WARNING: Toxic fine filter cartridge
Depending on the sample gas composition, it is possible that the fine filter car-
tridge contains toxic substances.

Observe relevant safety regulations.

Dispose of fine filter cartridges in an environmentally compatible manner.
