3B04H I2/I3 synchronization
time/concurrence error
A synchronization time/concurrence error
occurred in I2/I3.
Inconsistency in the double input state is detected.
Turn the input signals I2/I3 OFF and ON again.
If the error is not resolved, check the wiring of the corresponding
input terminals.
3B05H I2/I3 process error A process error occurred in I2/I3. Inconsistency in the double input state is detected.
Turn the input signals I2/I3 OFF and ON again.
If the error is not resolved, check the wiring of the corresponding
input terminals.
