FX5-SF-MU4T5 FUNCTION rotary switch: 2
FX5-SF-8DI4 INPUT A rotary switch: 3
INPUT B rotary switch: 6
1. Select "Safety Extension Modules" in the menu.
2. Click "MU".
The FX5-SF-MU4T5 is displayed in the module configuration
area.
3. Click "8DI".
The FX5-SF-8DI4 is displayed in the module configuration
area.
1. Set a program by clicking the FUNCTION setting of the
safety extension module.
