Derating information for total current of outputs
If the digital outputs of the module are operated with resistive or inductive loads, you should
derate the total current of the loads at the digital outputs of the technology module. The total
current is the sum of the load currents at all digital outputs of the module (without sensor
supply).
The derating specifications for one-channel operation (parallel connection) are twice the
derating specifications for two-channel operation.
The following derating curve shows the load capacity of the digital outputs in two-channel
operation depending on the ambient temperature and the frequency:
