[Cause]
An error in the control line has been detected in the sensor A/D
board.
[Operation after the reply key is pressed]
When the OK key is pressed, the sensor will be disconnected.
(Access will not be allowed, as the system is in an "abnormal"
state.) A service person needs to be called in.

problems the cable length setting (sensor power box and X-ray
board cable). 0xeff4: The sensor power cable may be bro-
