configuration. Call a service per-
son.
• Touch OK and shut down the sys-
tem.
• If these errors occur, contact a Sie-
mens representative or distributor.
-302 Calibration Error: Dose too high
or collimator in use.
• Touch OK. Adjust the exposure
dose (mAs) or focal distance and re-
peat the exposure.
-303 Calibration Error: Dose too low
or collimator in use.
-304 Calibration Error: Invalid data or
collimator in use.
• Touch OK and repeat the exposure.
• Contact a Siemens representative
or distributor if the collimator was
used.
-305 Calibration Error: Collimator pos-
sibly in use.
-306 QA Process Error: Image Analy-
sis Error. Adjust image process
parameter manually.
• Touch OK and process the image
manually.
-310 REX Warning: REX is xxx. It is
below lower limit xxx. Check
generator setting and exposure
conditions. If exposure condi-
tions were correct, adjust IP
parameters.
• Touch OK and adjust the dose.
-311 REX Warning: REX is xxx. It
exceeds maximum limit. Check
generator setting and exposure
conditions. If exposure condi-
tions were correct, adjust IP
parameters.
-402 Incomplete End Error: The last
image in the last study was not
saved completely.
• Touch OK and repeat the exposure.
-403 Incomplete End Error: Do you
want to store captured images
into internal storage in order to
restore them later?
• Select OK to restore, or Cancel to
delete the image.
-509 External Storage Error: Selected
directory or disk for storage is
read-only.
• Touch OK. Change the attribute of
the storage medium and try again.
-512 External Storage Error: Cannot
recognize the external storage.
Check disk settings and retry.
• Touch OK and check the settings of
the external storage medium.
