5.7 Installing the server module and power bus cover
Introduction
The server module together with the power bus cover at the right end complete the
configuration or the line of the IO device.

Scope of delivery (server module and power bus cover)
The following components are supplied with each carrier module for the interface module:
● A server module
● A power bus cover
Requirement
The carrier modules are mounted.
Installing the server module and power bus cover
To mount the server module and power bus cover, proceed as follows:
Step Procedure Illustration
1 Hang the server module in the rail to the
right of the last carrier module.
2 Swivel the server module downwards until
the fastening elements click into place on
the rail.
