4.2 Command Sources (P0700)
This parameter determines from which source the inverter receives the Start, Stop
and Reverse commands. The SINAMICS G110 has two default settings depending
on the inverter variant, see the Quick Commissioning Flowchart on page 48.
NOTES
The ramp times and ramp-smoothing functions also affect how the motor starts and
stops. For details of these functions, please refer to parameters P1120, P1121 and
P1130 in the Parameter List.
Starting the motor
Analog Variant
¾ Default value: 2 – Terminal 3 (DIN 0, high)
¾ Other settings: see P0701 to P0704 in the Parameter List
USS Variant
¾ Default value: 5 – Terminals 8 and 9 (RS485)
¾ Other settings: see P0701 to P0703 in the Parameter List
Stopping the motor
There are several ways to stop the motor (for OFF1 – OFF 3 see page 55):
NOTE
All OFF commands are active low.
Analog Variant
¾ Default value: 2 – Terminal 3 (DIN 0, low)
OFF1 2 – Terminal 3 (DIN 0, low)
OFF2 Off button on Basic Operator Panel, pressing the Off
button once long (two seconds) or twice
OFF3 no standard setting
¾ Other settings: see P0700 to P0704 in the Parameter List
USS Variant
¾ Default value: 5 – Terminals 8 and 9 (RS485)
OFF1 Control word 1 (r0054), bit 00
OFF2 Off button on Basic Operator Panel, pressing the Off
button once long (two seconds) or twice; control word 1
(r0054), bit 01
OFF3 Control word 2 (r0054), bit 02
